Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the klogicAI website at klogicai.com and any services provided by KLOGICAI LLC (“klogicAI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Description

klogicAI provides AI automation and lead generation services for roofing companies, including but not limited to:

• Missed-Call Text-Back: Automated SMS responses to missed inbound calls.
• AI Lead Capture: Systems for capturing and qualifying inbound leads.
• AI Automation Systems: Custom workflow automation including follow-up sequences and appointment reminders.
• Consulting & Strategy: Discovery calls and business process analysis.

Service details, scope, and deliverables are agreed upon in separate service agreements or statements of work.

SMS Program

Program name: klogicAI Missed-Call Text-Back

• Frequency: 1 message per missed call request.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of any other service.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for klogicAI services are outlined in your individual service agreement. General terms include:

• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in your service agreement.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of the service delivery date.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice for ongoing services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the klogicAI website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KLOGICAI LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Custom deliverables created for you as part of a paid service agreement become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KLOGICAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLOGICAI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
